Initially heater was not on.

The trainer was very engaging, made the course interesting, candidates participated all the way, the course was made in a way that prompted students to think, quiz helped to eradicate the old style of training where a trainer stands and talks for long periods without engaging students

Temperature was cold but trainer intervened with training venue staff.
