The course is very detailed

Karen is excellent at explaining and ensuring that staff understand the subject. She asks questions while giving staff time to get involved and respond appropriately.

He explained very well. I enjoyed this one. His every module very well.He did excellent work.

This training has improved my understanding of safety and reinforced the importance of safeguarding,effective communication and self defense to myself and those I support.

Modern equipment need to be used such as Sara stedy and returner or mini stand hoist

Trainer Not very competent! Needs more training as not able to answer to most of the questions

Lack of knowledge for some parts of the training, did not know what to answer for some of our questions. In need of extra support and trainings before he will keep classes. First time in 8 years when I felt that it was a waisting coming here, probably I will change the company next year.
