Gill demonstrated her skills and knowledge in a timely manner. She speaks softly but impactful with regards to punctuality, attendees attention while on training to gain the outcome expected from us when actual demonstration is needed on the training. We all gave our utmost attention but with fun along the way. I found the balance of good ambience while learning. I like Gill strategy.

As an administrator who was booked onto this by my employer, this had zero relatabiliy to the job im in. If I was medically qualified, this may have been useful. However, the trainer was focused more on the Law side of the training rather than the practical aspects (as per his background) and was mildly homophobic when explaining how he didnt feel that Sexual Orientation should be a protected characteristic and that it shouldn't be there, along with mildly transphobic when explaining sex and gender reassignment. From this alone, I felt uncomfortable and slightly unsafe in his presence.

I really enjoyed the day It was engaging, well-organized, and provided useful information that I can apply in my role Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Our tutor was a fantastic teacher, very interactive and engaging course. highly recommend!
