Very good and relevant to our work. Discussed scenarios and shared ideas on experiences. The trainers kept us engaged and was interactive training throughout. Venue rated 3* due to being a bit cold.
The trainers were helpful and excellent
The trainers are excellent, they have good and brilliant knowledge of the course. The centre is noisy, Cold, facilities eg toilet is too far from training room.
