Training was perfect and knowledge was well gained.
Venue too cold. Very limited hot drinks the course is given one jug all day we had to request another jug of hot water and staff not reluctant to give us water. They clai. You paid for one jug for 27 participants it's impossible.
Training was carried out professionally and the instructor was patient , made sure we got everything right
The trainer was very patient, calm and supported all members effectively.
