The Trainer is well knowledgeable and all that was taught was well understood. Environment was also was condusive.

Perfectly adequate for a mandatory training update, covering all the main points. Plenty of opportunity given to ask for questions and clarification and to go into other elements of appropriate for the attendees job role.
