Great day overall.

Training was adequate for the requirements

Ms Fiona Cunningham is excellent trainer with nice sense of humour, I really enjoyed my half day of the training, it was interactive session and very enjoyable. I didn't like the venue as the google map took me to the back of the building , also it was quite warm inside, Chiswick venue was not available on Saturday unfortunately

Perfect. Would recommend this training to everyone even non healthcare workers so the public is generally more educated and capable.
