Content does not deserve a full day away from clinical activity. It is covered in mandatory training already, and a more truncated format would be adequate.
Was Not very informational for what i am training for, I feel the trainer was not focused or took things which should've been a serious topic into consideration. When given equipment such as a hoist we were given to figure out for ourselves and equipment not discussed through properly.

The course was well delivered, every trainee had a chance to participate and give constructive criticism.
Gave me full confidence in my knowledge about the equipment and knowing my role and working as a team and how to communicate with others in the team. It was excellent.
