The trainer was very good, made everyone involved and participated fully. Well organised and the trainer was able to call and remember people’s names . Very good , the day went well.

Paul did a great job , he was a great teacher , answered all our questions he motivated us and I am so happy to have gotten more knowledge and great insight from Paul , the training materials were helpful too , I was able to understand a lot in the care field
