The training program was best and I was able to learn about CPR and how to apply it

The teacher is an experienced teacher and takes time to explain properly and carried everybody along.

The Oliver McGowan Tier 2 training was very eye-opening and helped me better understand how to support people with autism and learning disabilities. I learned effective communication techniques, the importance of person-centred care, and how to make reasonable adjustments to meet individual needs. I will apply the knowledge gained from this training to improve the support I provide in my role.
