Karen was mean to me when I came in one minute late by refusing to allow me in even after I told her what happened that my train was delayed and missed my way to the hotel where the training was holding I had to go back home losing about £120 plus travelling which I feel is very mean not putting people into consideration when I came in today she didn't even say hi she just ask what is your name which I feel is quite rude.

Fantastic session Daniel is great trainer, very informative and responded to questions asked. Looking forward to next year training
