Very good training and professional trainor
A well delivered course I thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed it and learnt a lot.
Everything is fan and bought knowledge.
There were some toilet repairing works going on. They were noisy and smelly. No notification or signage on arrival of not being able to get a hot drink despite this being available. The hospitality manager explained the drinks were only to be had after the first break. (Some people had already helped themselves to jot drinks)
It was a very practical and educative training.
