Becky was exceptional, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel and room for the training was much improved from the last hotel, actually had working Aircon and good coffee facilities, but with no toilet on the same floor was a bit of a let down.
It was very interactive, detailed and engaging.
Conscise, capatitative , interactive &engaging . Felt very involved in the training , atmosphere and attitude of trainer conducive to learning and was an enjoyable learning experience.
