Sue is welcoming, receptive, knowledgeable, and made the training more engaging.
Fiona was very engaging and she held the class really well. She came across as very enthusiastic. She gave time to participate and talk and her time management was also good.
Only thing to mention is the Mental Health Act is from England would have been good to learn about the Scottish Act.
Instructor was excellent and clearly knowledgeable about the topics. The traning was helpful and informative.
