The training was fantastic

The Moving and Handling training was highly informative and practical, covering essential techniques to ensure safe handling of individuals and equipment. The session emphasized proper body mechanics, risk assessment, and the use of assistive devices to prevent injuries. The trainer was excellent—knowledgeable, engaging, and thorough in his explanations. He provided clear demonstrations and hands-on practice, ensuring everyone felt confident in applying the techniques. Overall, it was a well-structured and valuable training session.

The building was very cold but the training was very efficient and I learnt a lot. Shahbaz was very calm and made us feel comfortable to ask questions

Trainer ensured everyone understood the training asking questions and evolving them also in practical. Room was very cold on first day.

I have enjoyed the training with Karen. I found her teaching method very lively, not putting you to sleep. She explained and summarised all the relevant topics which makes interesting to learn ( not boring ). Excellent teaching, very knowledgeable to the subject matter.
