Trainers consistently turn detailed subject matter into clear, engaging and practical learning, using humour, discussion, demonstrations and real-life or lived-experience examples. Attendees value their knowledge, patience, inclusivity and willingness to answer questions, while clear materials and well-structured delivery make complex topics easy to understand. They say the training refreshes skills, builds confidence and transfers directly to safer, more effective practice in their roles.

Stewart describe everything in a great way.
I did enjoyed and learnt from the course.
Always a great course. My third or fourth year doing this course and I would always highly recommend them. Dr Ranjith was a brilliant trainer. He made the information relatable and clear. He taught with a great sense of humour while respecting the seriousness of the subject.
