It was interactive. I've learnt new things
The course was more NHS/ domicillary care orientated so far more detail than live-in carers in domestic settings require. Unfortunately the venue cooling /venlilation was inadequate during the afternoon on the hottest day of the year.
Brilliant trainer as always. Poor facilities. The room was too small for the amount of people and too hot. The equipment wasn’t always working well for the trainer which is unfortunate as she is excellent and full of knowledge
Great teacher, understood everything well
Educative and encouraging. Easy to understand and take in information.
