Room was very small. I would’ve preferred having the textbook as you used to issue them, years back for reference purposes.
IT did not work in the ffirst half of training But very adjustment participants interactions.

This was the 4th year I have attended this Mandatory Training and it was by far the best. Wendy was an excellent trainer and she engaged everyone in the room. She made it entertaining and the quizzes that she did were much better than "death by PowerPoint". The only negative was the late finish, I think it would have been better to start at 09.00 rather than 10.00
The training did a good job by making me understand the indepth of the courses and the practical aspect of it.
