Would be better with 2 trainers instead of 1
The trainer was excellent in demonstrating the practical elements of the session. I was comfortable enough to ask her any questions during each of the practical sessions, and she was willing to give honest feedback and advised me on how to improve. She thoroughly explained every subject and gave real-life examples.
He's very professional and very teach you to understand
