This the best CSTF Mandatory course I have attended so far. Kevin demonstrated in-depth knowledge on the various topics, applied his experience and highlighted certain new amendments to legal issues to the satisfaction of all the trainees. It was an excellent training.
The training was very informative and helped me improve my understanding of autism and learning disabilities. I have gained more knowledge on how to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care, while respecting each individual’s needs, communication style and dignity. I found the training very useful and believe it will help me in my role.
