Was great and educational

The trainer was good at what she do. I enjoyed her way of training.

Videos were old and poor quality. Slides were blurry and hard to read at times.

The section was really good and the trainer was very interactive, used and lot of life scenarios and allowed a lot of interaction from the class. Kudos to the trainer. The entertainment wasn’t really great as there was no snacks to munch on, the coffee was good but no water

Mr Jonathan Johnson is very communicative and engaging and has good communication skills. He was focused and approachable. The content of the conflict resolution part could have been delivered with greater in- depth. It would have been nice to be in a venue that has natural light and ventilation. Perhaps the offer of some snacks would also be a plus as the course lasts for hours. The content of

It was fantastic. Rich in content. It has really shaped my skills, experience and knowledge.

Very good trainer very informative and enthusiastic about all topics. Slides and presentation all good but videos outdated and need updating. Equipment also taken away early even though it was paid for for 2 full days and we didn’t even get chance to use it.
