No signage at site-just told to sit and wait, other courses going on. At least one candidate sat in another lecture for about 2 hours before realising! Registration supposed to start at 09:30, instructor arrived about 09:58. No meet and greet-fire exits, toilets etc until first break. BLS was unstructured and rushed with most candidates leaving without a clue on what to do in an emergency. Instructor seems a nice guy but course felt very rushed and lot of bits I think should have been covered more. Only reason I chose the course was location, will most likely look elsewhere for next year.
Very informative day, trainer was very knowledgeable in her subjects, lots of interaction with fellow students for group work .
It's a good refresher course. My knowledge on calculations has been updated.

The training was informative, engaging and well presented. The content was clear and relevant to my role, and the trainer explained the key points effectively. I found the practical examples particularly useful and feel more confident applying what I learned in my work.
Augustine the trainer was very engaging and welcoming and facilitated participation throughout and ensured a good flow to the whole day. There was a good balance between Augustine and the co-trainers Lola and Helen. Would repeat / recommend doing the course with them.
It was quite educative and impactful. Out resource person was very good, I noticed the students slow her a bite. There were a lot to learn but the time was not enough. I want to do additional courses by myself, please let me know when you want to conduct another one.
