Training was perfect and knowledge was well gained.

This was a course worth taking and a day well spent. All equipment available was useful and directly relevant to what we needed to do and know. Fiona is an energetic knowledgeable presenter full of passion for her job. Venue too cold. Very limited hot drinks the course is given one jug all day we had to request another jug of hot water and staff not reluctant to give us water. They clai. You paid for one jug for 27 participants it's impossible.
