No windows and refreshments provided once. No biscuits. Happy that we no longer get printed handouts- I prefer the electronic version. Overall happy with the course and will see next yesr.
The session was great and interactive and the instructor awesomely good.
Great session, but bed needed for manual handling.

Teaming was well detailed and well everyone participated with, trainer was willing to answer all questions , the training was brilliant.
