Karen ensured everyone participated in the practicals. Well practiced and assessed. We were grouped and named into colours Red, Green Orange and Blue. Manual Handling, hoisting, administering CPR to Adult and Children etc. Generally, the training was informative.

The course was good the tutor explained everything very well.

The coarse was a good learning experience it was excellently passed on to the class from the tutor. It was for me above my requirements for the position I will hold but it didn't detract from the issues and should I hold a position to utilise the skills and knowledge that the course gave me id be confident in my ability to provide the safe execution to the training I received I have completed another course with you which was on a different subject and that was the same excellent tuition

Providing a bed would have been appropriate to practice the use of the sling and hoist.
