The trainer demonstrated good clinical knowledge, particularly regarding antimicrobial resistance and its significance for patient safety. However, I found the delivery disappointing. Questions from delegates were not always handled respectfully, and I felt discouraged from seeking clarification. The atmosphere became confrontational, which negatively affected my learning experience. Adult learners should feel able to ask reasonable questions without fear of being interrupted, criticised, or threatened with not receiving their certificate. Overall, while the educational content was valuable, I believe the training would benefit from a more respectful, inclusive, and professional approach to communication and learner engagement.

I found the face-to-face CSTF training course to be very informative, engaging, and well organised. The content was relevant to my role and was presented in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, with practical examples that helped reinforce the learning. The trainer was knowledgeable, approachable, and encouraged participation throughout the session. They explained the topics clearly, answered questions thoroughly, and created a relaxed and supportive learning environment. I left the course feeling more confident in recognising and responding to CPR , manual handling and fire risks. Overall, it was an excellent training session, and I would highly recommend it.
