Very satisfactory

The training was useful and very understanding.

Great course, tutor had great knowledge and kept us all on topic, content of the course reinforced everything I was already delivering. The only negative I have, is on the first day - trainer was late, which happens - but no one from the office came and informed us, left in the training room for 15 minutes before someone took the initiative and found the office and checked what was happening. But other than that great training!

SUGGESTION: The chairs could have a small table connected to assist writting in the training course booklet.

The course was delivered in a professional manner,very clear and answered all questions to satisfaction. Overall it was a very useful and beneficial session to help enhance my knowledge and skills that will help me carryout my job efficiently.
