It is set slides so very clear what is expected of us from day 1. Day 2 was exploration of how we deliver. Very balanced 2 days.
The course has been great and very helpful. Andra was amazing. Her passion and knowledge has been transpired throughout the course. Her delivery was excellent. The co-trainers were amazing too. They all work well together and had a good rapport.
