The trainer was very rude in attempt to be assertive . The language he constantly used is very scary. He does not have to continuously used the word “ You are going to Jail’ . He could express the same information with a better language and in a better way. It appears very unprofessional and address legitimate issues in a way that could be embarrassing to participants. He probably could improve. He is knowledgeable of the Subjects matter but all the same , his way of addressing issues are completely pot of order.

Went through the power point too quickly, not enough time to make notes. I'm glad I'm a very experienced ex nurse and feel that I am only having to do this for the sake of mandatory training. Sorry!
