It’s clear that Karen has a clinical background. She made the course highly relevant and interesting! I must have attended 100 of these previously and I’ve never been so informed and entertained as I have at this session. I actually learned useful things from Karen. I would 100% recommend this course to anyone undertaking mandatory training. I thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you.
