Long queues to get in Trainer was excellent but course very basic
To sign post the toilets and kitchen in case there are people coming for the first time
Training was good, the trainer was clear and the training materials were educative and useful. However, some of the training equipment like the defibrillator is not up-to-date for training.
It was an enjoyable very educative and refresher course
No handouts were given during training hence the one star
