Trainers consistently turn detailed subject matter into clear, engaging and practical learning, using humour, discussion, demonstrations and real-life or lived-experience examples. Attendees value their knowledge, patience, inclusivity and willingness to answer questions, while clear materials and well-structured delivery make complex topics easy to understand. They say the training refreshes skills, builds confidence and transfers directly to safer, more effective practice in their roles.

Excellent instructor and learned so much information. Really enjoyed the course
I thoroughly enjoyed the course, he explained everything I did not understand so well. This was better than any ILS I have attended previously. I feel so much more confident.
