Good venue and training course

Would use this company for training again in the future. The trainer Paul was very competent and kept the staff interested in the training. Was not showing a marketing video of other courses, but the trainer told us about them.

Great one stop shop for Statutory and Mandatory training

Good training, extremely basic. Could do with updating. Resus council video showed in hospital cardiac arrest that called an ambulance ?? Doesn’t seem correct

Effective communication and delivery skills

Room was very cold. Trainer quite rude. I felt like I was back at school being told off. He asked for participation but when we did participate he stopped us or told us we were wrong. Didn't like having to stand out at the front to present our presentation, my worst nightmare 😞
