Every year it's a bug bear of mine but afterwards I am glad I've come as new things arise that I can use however there is something that is of little use to me with medical stuff in which I didn't understand as I am a live in carer and if my client runs into difficulty medically I phone the paramedics. Though I am able to do CPR

Instructor was very detailed with explanations. Best session I’ve been to so far.

Personally I thought I was coming to a snoozefest but our trainer was amazing with his teaching and very understanding with us and it was amazing. I would recommend him specifically to anyone who wanted to do the course
