The trainer is knowledgeable and very engaging. The training was overall informative and interactive.

I found the course very informative. I only had one concern that one of the attendees was driving whilst taking the course which is very disturbing and could have caused an accident. Very unsettling, especially for people who have lost a loved one on the roads because another driver was on their mobile phone or watching a video.
Micheal is a man of his word, he lectures all good and I will be glad to have him in advance lecture.
