Slide after slide after slide after slide. As much as Rosie attempted to make it interactive, she really didn't stand a chance when she is expected to move through over 100 slides!
Not at all directed to our company or its services, one dimensional and way too long filled with very unnecessary content
Too much very basic information to read before being able to access quiz. It says I have not started after getting 100% in the quiz
I didn’t feel the course was relevant to the title. We didn’t learn much about Oliver McGowan and the young lady who came on in the after who has self diagnosed her own autism spent the afternoon talking about herself and her options and how things should be, nothing to do with why we were there at all. It also could have been done over teams as our small group had to travel from Blackpool which is a journey in itself
Not appropriate for theatre staff. This course is really aimed at health care in homes.
This course is a complete joke. One slide per ‘subject’ for example safeguarding, no scenarios, incorrect information conveyed. Random info on learning disabilities no apparently related to course learning outcomes. The trainer belittled or shut down anyone who expressed an opinion different to hers. Unsafe hoist demonstration and no other manual Handling demonstrated or discussed. Unsafe CPR training. If this was the only training that someone received they would be a risk to themselves and others with manual handling and BLS

Karen was mean to me when I came in one minute late by refusing to allow me in even after I told her what happened that my train was delayed and missed my way to the hotel where the training was holding I had to go back home losing about £120 plus travelling which I feel is very mean not putting people into consideration when I came in today she didn't even say hi she just ask what is your name which I feel is quite rude.
