The trainer is extremely a good trainer because I was able to ask questions and she also explained every steps of the answers the rational behind the objective of the morning sessions and the afternoon sessions

Friendly and informal learning experience. Practical : Scenarios at the end were testing and uncomfortable. I think is the correct approach as this is a reminder of how serious the situation is in reality. Being put under pressure in this environment will no doubt make a real life scanerio slightly more manageable. Thank you
