I thoroughly enjoyed the training and learnt so much. It would be helpful to add the videos back as they would have helped with real life role plays for us to learn better. Something to reconsider and I would have undestood better with visual support

John is a very experienced and knowlegdeable course tutor, maintaining attention focussed over 6 hours and encouraging participation. Useful refresher and up date course in convenient location.
