We were unable to practice with the hoist because the hoist was out of date. Trainer is very knowledgeable.

The trainer made the delivery of the material interesting. He used real life examples form his practise. He had a very deep knowledge of the subject area. It was very well presented.

The trainer demonstrated good communication and rapport skills with good knowledge of the modules. Delivered with both theory and practice, encouraging interaction from all attendees which is applicable to direct patent care. Good facilities.
