it was good and satisfying

No windows and refreshments provided once. No biscuits. Happy that we no longer get printed handouts- I prefer the electronic version. Overall happy with the course and will see next yesr.

Initially room comfortable but air con failed and the afternoon was humid and uncomfortable- trainer tried to resolve with the hotel but couldn’t fix it
