Counselling delivered I. A relaxed manner. Trainer engaged us
Trainer is obviously knowledgeable. But: - no introduction i.e. No idea what his name was etc. Walked into silence. - room uncomfortable and hot - there was empty jugs of water...no introduction so no idea if that was for us or not.
l don’t get the purpose of this training when we do the same with mandatory training which involves manual handling and cpr , am glad the trainer was entertaining otherwise
Poor trainer did not have all the equipment needed and class was over 20 people. She tried her very best to engage eveyone.
