Excellent training and all went well

I enjoyed the training good experience i got to learn how to use the hoist and slide sheet it was nice.

Very fast paced. A lot of content covered. Would have to have quite extensive prior knowledge which I do but would find it difficult if not. i learned quite a lot of new things as well as refreshing my prior knowledge
