John was a treat trainer, the best of your courses I have attended over the last 3 years due to him. Great practical and informative sharing great examples. Venue is cool, has parking and easily accessible Fire slides etc are dated would be my only criticism
Engaged well throughout, group activities where good.
Refreshments were only available in the morning and not topped up.
This is the first time i have known a second group join for practical in the afternoon. Most turned up late and i found this very disruptive. maybe have the full group in the morning and let them leave at lunch
