Very well help training session

Trainer is obviously knowledgeable. But: - no introduction i.e. No idea what his name was etc. Walked into silence. - room uncomfortable and hot - there was empty jugs of water...no introduction so no idea if that was for us or not.

The training room was cold. Course presentation was excellent

There was a positive engaging safe space created for training. Really enjoyed the training with a fantastic and amazing teacher. Thank you

Very useful, informative and with updated legislation and Good Practice. Room slightly small for the Practicals; however, very useful to undertake all the required Practicals.
