It’s a shame you have got rid of the course workbooks as these were extremely helpful. Paul was great, but did feel the course is quite rushed to cover a lot of topics. Whilst I understand this is an annual update, a lot of elements are better learnt online for FULL up to date guidance. Feel this one day course would be better if tailored to specific groups as a lot was irrelevant to my practice.

The training and trainer good but refreshments poor.

Nathan is enthusiastic, he is able to ask questions to keep students engaged. The slides need to cover more about whistleblowing/Laddo. Nathan delivered the course in away easy to follow, made sure he wasn't going too fast. Which was helpful as I am dyslexic.

The trainer is very knowledgeable on what was taught. They kept everyone engaged with the training and ensured that they understood the theory and practical side of Health and safety.
