Room to warm, no air condition opened at all time. Too dark too, due to blind closed. Day too long, too much information to get in for a single day

Course environment good but we need some biscuits in future

It was a pleasant day of training, the trainer made sure that the class understood the demonstrations.and talks. Repeats was given if unsure.took the time and patience that all in the class understands also give the opportunity to given opinion. Enjoyable day with laughter to break the ice and get know each other. Good trainer with consideration for his class teachings.

Good and very informative

Interesting course. Learnt a lot.

There was a lot of time lost ensuring everyone was in attendance. I think maybe the group was too big. However we were able to complete the full course. I found the course useful overall.

Information repetitive

Course started an hour late and felt some of the course content was filling time and not that relevant.

Training started an hour late due to an emergency with trainer but the explained and apologised was confused how training still finished at original time?

Course started late due to trainer unavailability, seemed unprofessional from the organisation as this was a paid training session. Also start times clashed from the zoom link, course booking and reminder text messages.
