Providing a bed would have been appropriate to practice the use of the sling and hoist.

Trainer is absolutely great with explanations, gives room for questions and clarified doubts or confusion. The quality of the content of training is great as well. However, the scenarios used were mainly focused on the care homes, hospitals, residential homes or supported livings and quite a bit less of the domiciliary scenarios in terms of the emergency regarding CPR and the need for 999 or defibrillator. Also, trainees weren't allowed to warm their foods during break time and there was no provision for snacks but only tea which I'd say is a bit unfair to train all day, not allowed to warm your food when you didn't budget to buy food and zero refreshments (snacks like biscuits or something other than tea).

Tea and coffee was of poor standard, no refills of hot water. Same water from morning to sunset. Very disappointed with that service from the hotel
