Steve was wonderful. These mandatory training can be very boring and tiring however, he was so engaging, funny and a source of light. it was the best mandatory trainniglng I've been to in 10 years. 5 stars to him. He is an exceptionally and valueable member of your team.

Practical training equipment was not so great.
