Trainer was up to date with the latest statutory changes. For example DoLS was scrapped on 6 June 2026. The trainin happened on 26 June 2026. The trainer's experience with CQC was helpful in directing best practice. I would have preferred a written handout to aid further personal investigation.

The best training I attended ever. It was engaging, interactive and on point. This is one training where I remember everything that I was taught.

Great course, tutor had great knowledge and kept us all on topic, content of the course reinforced everything I was already delivering. The only negative I have, is on the first day - trainer was late, which happens - but no one from the office came and informed us, left in the training room for 15 minutes before someone took the initiative and found the office and checked what was happening. But other than that great training!
