I really enjoyed the manual handling training session. The trainer delivered the course in a very engaging and lively way, which kept all of us fully interested throughout. He was clearly very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, while also making the session enjoyable with his sense of humour. It was refreshing to attend a training that was both informative and genuinely fun. I especially appreciated the practical part of the session. Using the hoist machine, banana board, and other equipment made the learning more hands-on and helped build our confidence. It encouraged everyone to participate, and you could see how interested and involved the group became. Overall, it was a very well-delivered training that balanced learning and interaction perfectly. Thank you for such an enjoyable and valuable session.
