Trainer very articulate and knowledgable On all modules. .Interaction with participents very good with excellent examples given with an added sense of humour.As a older person with many years of experience in NHS Nursing,Social services and Community Care I was truely impressed by the positive changes in all areas and with the vauable training emparted to us today by by the trainer I will use the information gained today to improve my skills as a live in carer.
